Who we are

Jean Allen, initially trained in RSA with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. Jean is a member of the British Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 15 years generalist experience in Human Resources having worked for numerous "Blue Chip" organisations and in local government. Jean has considerable experience within multi-site organisations, and has also provided HR support to organisations ranging from ten to thousands of employees.

Jean is a qualified member of the British Institute of Psychology and has completed qualifications in Psychometric assessment.

Additionally, Jean Allen HR Consultancy has established links with other organisations and Employment Law specialists, Redfern & Findlay, to ensure that we can provide you with the services and solutions that you need.
